let length l and breadth be l + 8

perimeter equal to 2 (l + b)

2 (l + l+ 8) is equal to 56

4l + 16 is equal to 56

4l is equal to 56 - 16

l is equal to 40 / 4

so l is equal to 10 and breadth is equal to 10 + 8 that is 18

Answer:

Let the breadth be x

length = x-8

ATQ

2(L+B)

2{(x-8)+x}

2(x-8+x)

2(2x-8)

4x-8 =56

4x=56-8

4x=48

x=12

Hope it helps❤️
