Let length = x and breadth = y

x = 4y ---------------eq1

Length and breadth increased by 3

x + 3 = y + 3

(x + 3)(y +3) = ( x × 4y) + 84

xy + 3x + 3y + 9 = 4xy + 84

3x + 3y + 9 = 3xy + 84

Taking common from both side...

3 (x + y + 3) = 3 (xy + 28)

x + y + 3 = xy + 28

Put x = 4y from eq1

4y + y + 3 = 4y ×y + 28

5y + 3 = 4y {}^{2}  + 28

4y { }^{2}  - 5y + 25 = 0

Now solve this equation u will get y and then put y in eq 1 u will get x.
