let breath of rectangle is x
length=(x+9)
area=x(x+9)
x+3 (x+9+3)
x(x+9)+84
x²+12x+3x+36x
x²+9x+84
x²+15x-x²-9x
84-36
6x=48
x=48/6
x=8
breath=8cm
length=17cm
