\texttt{Let the length and breadth of the}

\texttt{rectangle be 3x metre and x metre resp.}

\large\texttt{A/q}

\mathtt{2(3x+x) = 80}

\implies\mathtt{2×4x = 80}

\implies\mathtt{8x = 80}

\implies\mathtt{x = \large\frac{80}{8}}

\implies\mathtt{x = 10}

\therefore\texttt{Length of rectangle } \mathtt{ = 3×10 = 30m}

\& \; \texttt{Breadth of rectangle }\mathtt{ = 10m}
