so it's Perimeter is 2(250+150)

=2(400)=800

so perimeter is 800 m

if Anuradha runs around this field 3 times

it would cover 800×3 m so it is 2400m=2.4 km

to cover 4km she have to run 4km/0.8km= 5

or 4000m/800m= 5
