length is 20m breadth is 15m and difference is 5m
arman29:
let length x and bredth its 4/3times 4/3x l×b = 300 4x^2 = 900 x^2 225 x =15 after that keeping the value of x in equation x 4/3x 60/3 = 20 and now difference is 5

Let the breadth of rectangular field be "x" . Therefore length =4/3 of x =4x/3
Area of hall =300 m²
We know that ,
Area of rectangle = l×b
300m² = l×b { area of rectangle = 300m²}
300m² = 4x/3 × x { length=4x/3 and breadth =x }
300m² = 4x²/3
300× 3 = 4x²
900 = 4x²
900 = (2x)²
√900 = 2x
30 = 2x
30/2 = x
15 =x
Therefore breadth = 15 m
And length = 4x/3 =4(15)/3= 20 m
So the difference between length and breadth is :-- 20m -15m = 5m
