GIVEN:

  • Length of the rectangular field (l) = 55m
  • speed of Rohit = 5 km/hr
  • Area of the rectangular field (l × b) = 2310m²

TO FIND:

Time taken by Rohit for one round.

SOLUTION:

l × b = 2310 \\ </p><p>55 × b = 2310 \\  b = \frac{2310}{55} \\ b = 42

Breadth of the rectangular field = 42m

primeter \: of \: a \: rectangle = 2(l + b)

2(l + b)  \\ 2(55 + 42) \\ 2(97) \\  = 194

The perimeter of the rectangular field is 194m.

time =  \frac{distance}{speed} \\

t =  \frac{194}{5} \\  t= 38.8

Therefore it takes 38.8 hours.
