Let the breadth be b
Then length will be 4b

Perimeter = 2( l + b)
=>2( l + b) = 16
=>2 ( 4b + b) = 16
=> 5b = 16/2
=> b = 8/5 = 1.6

Length = 4 x 1.6 = 6.4m

Therefore, length = 6.4 m
Breadth = 1.6 m

Let the breadth of the field be b ,
then its length will be 4b
Perimeter=16 m
16=2(l+b)
16=2(4b+b)
16 = 10b
b= 1.6 m
l= 4×1.6
l= 6.4 m
