Let the breadth of rectangle be x.

Then , the length of rectangle is 3x

But , it is given that length = 90m

So ,

 \sf{3x = 90}

 \sf{ \implies \: x =  \frac{90}{3} }

 \sf{ \implies \:x = 30 }

 \fbox{x = 30}

So , length of rectangle = 30 m

Now,

Area of rectangle = lb

Area of rectangle = 30m × 90m

Area of rectangle = 2700m²

Therefore , area of rectangle is 2700m².
