The forces on bob are Tension T in the string along the string from the bob, and the weight m g of the bob vertically downwards. The tension makes an angle of Ф with the vertical.  Let the bob move in a horizontal circle with a uniform velocity.

     T Cos Ф = m g        and     T Sin Ф = m v²/R  = centripetal force.

       Cos Ф = m g / T = 0.2 kg * 10 m/sec² / 4 N = 0.5

       maximum angle = Ф = 60°
