hey!!!
adjacent angles of the parallelogram are 3cm and 4cm.
therefore it's perimeter = 3 + 4 + 3 + 4 ( as we know two parallel sides are equal of a parallelogram )
= 14cm
u can also use rectangle's formula.
= 2 ( 3 + 4 )
= 2 × 7
= 14cm
