Since diagonals of rhombus ABCD divides the rhombus into 4 parts, let's take ∆AOB from rhombus (O is the point of intersection of diagonal AC and BD).

Since it is right-angled at angle AOB, using the Pythagoras's theorem, we can say that (AO)^2 + (OB)^2 = (AB)^2

=> 4^2 + 3^2 = (AB)^2 {Diagonals of rhombus are perpendicular bisector of each other}

=>16 + 9 = (AB)^2

=> 25 = (AB)^2

=> 5 = AB

Therefore side of rhombus is 5cm.
