Length of one diagonal of a quadrilateral is 40 cm and perpendiculars drawn to it from opposite verticle are 12 and 9 cm.find area of the quadrilateral

We know that area of quadrilateral is

\frac{1}{2} × Diagonal (Perpendicular 1 + Perpendicular 2)

\frac{1}{2}× 40 cm  (12 cm + 9 cm)

=420 cm²
