Given ::-

  • Length of parallel sides = 10 cm and 15 cm

  • Height of trapezium = 8cm

To find ::-

  • Area of trapezium ?

Solution ::-

Area of trapezium ::-

=  \dfrac{1}{2} × ( sum of ll sides) × height

=  \dfrac{1}{2} × ( 10+ 15) × 8

=  \dfrac{1}{\cancel{2}} × 25 ×\cancel{8}

= 25 × 4

= 100 cm .

Area of trapezium = 100 {cm}^{2}
