let the breadth be a x.
then length is :- x+4

a.t.q:-  the perimeter is 84m
         2×{l+b}=84
         2×{x+4+x}=84
         2×{2x+4}=84
         4x+8=84
          4x=84-8
          4x=76
            x=19
so breadth is 19 and length is 19+4=23m
