Let, the breadth be, 'x'

Length = (x*2)-16

           = 2x-16

By condition,

2{x+(2x-16)} = 100

or, 3x-16 = 100/2

or, 3x = 50 + 16

or, x = 66/3

or, x = 22

So, the breadth is 22 cm

Length = {(22*2)-16} cm

            = (44 -16) cm

            = 28 cm

(Ans): Length = 28 cm ; Breadth = 22 cm
