Answer:

Breadth=2

Length=30

Step-by-step explanation:

Let the breadth be x

            length =x+18

Now,

Area of rectangle=l*b

                             =(x+18)(x)

                             =(x²+18x)

Now new area = (x+18+6)(x+6)

       x²+18x+168=(x+24)(x+6)

                         =x²+6x+24x+144

        x²+18x+168=x²+30x+144

              -12x=-24

                  x=2

∴ Breadth=2

   Length=2+18

               =30
