Area of a rectangle =  l x b

                       1540 =  l x b

                       1540 = (3 x b) b

                       1540 / 3 =   b^2

By solving the above quadratic equation... we obtain b = 22.656

  Therefore , L = 3 x 22.656

                      L = 67.97 cm
