Angle of elevation of sunrays with ground is = 45°

Step-by-step explanation:

From the Δ ABC

AB = Height of the tree = h

BC = Shadow of the tree

Length of the shadow of a tree is equal to height of the tree.

AB = BC = h

From pythagoras theorm

AC^{2} = AB^{2} + BC^{2}

AC^{2}  = h^{2} + h^{2}

AC^{2} = 2h^{2}

AC = \sqrt{2} h

From Triangle ABC

\sin \theta = \frac{AB}{AC}

\sin \theta = \frac{h}{\sqrt{2} h}

\sin \theta = \frac{1}{\sqrt{2} }

\theta = 45°

Therefore,  angle of elevation of Sunrays with ground is = 45°
