QR + RP + PQ= 1/2× (AB+BC+CA)
=> QR+RP+PQ= 1/2 × (12 + 15 + 10)
= 1/2 × 37
= 18.5

this is the perimeter of the inner triangle.

now ,
QR= 1/2 AB= 1/2 × 12=6
RP=1/2 BC= 1/2 × 15 = 7.5
PQ= 1/2 CA = 1/2 × 10 = 5
