theanswer is 5j+4k. it's simple.

shahpalash11: then
shahpalash11: its the right one
shahpalash11: just plus the j and the k is left
shahpalash11: actually the question is improper
shahpalash11: and if u knew the answer there is no need to ask
shahpalash11: thx
shahpalash11: bye
srinivasshjrg: options 1.square root 13 2.square root 20 3.5 4.square root 29
shahpalash11: it's the 4th one

The question is we have to find the length of the vector 2i+3J+4K

The vector in XY plane will be i and j

The vector will have both magnitude and direction.

If w calculate the magnitude we may get a length of a vector.

The magnitude of a XY plane will be

\left[\begin{array}{ccc}x\\y\\\end{array}\right] magnitude==\sqrt{x^{2} +y^{2} }

in xy plane the value of plane z will be zero.

so,we have only x and y,which is i and j vector.\sqrt{2^{2} +3^{2} }

\sqrt{4+9}

Therefore the final answer is\sqrt{13}.
