Thus we know

=> Perimeter = 10 m

=> 2(7x + 3x) = 10

=> 10x = 5

=> x = 1/2

Thus dimensions

=> Length = 7x

=> Length = 3.5 cm

Similarly

=> Breadth = 3x

=> Breadth = 1.5 cm
