Let A = {1,2,3,5) and B = {4, 6, 9) and consider a relation R: A- defined by
R = {(x,y) : x - y is odd, x € A, y E B).
(a) Write R in roster form
(b) Check whether the relation is a function or not. Justify your answer
(c) Consider the graph of the function f(x) is given below.

(a) { (1,4), (1,6), (2,9), (3,4), (3,6), (5,4), (5,6) }

(b) As we can see this is a one-many relation, so this is not a function

(c) (1) This is a one to one function for which limit does not exist as LHL ≠ RHL

(2) Range- {-1,0,1}
