I think P(B)=1-P(A)=0,27

P( A and B) = 0.6 x 0.4 =0.24

P(A not B) =0.6 x (1–0.4) = 0.36

P(B not A) =(1–0.6) x 0.4 = 0.16

0.24 + 0.36 + 0.16 + 0.24 = 1
