Let A,B and C be three sets. If A€B and B is a subset of C , is it true that A is a subset of C ? If not, give an example..

It is true that A is a subset of C
since the whole set A belongs to B,
Each element x of a is a element of B,
Also from the third condition B is a subset of C Which mean each element of B is a element of C.
Hence we se that each element of A is a element of B, is a element of C
Therefore A is subset of C

Harshbhavna: But the answer is given that A is not a subset of C
