To find : area of trapezium ABCD

Solution=

Area of trapezium by herons formula=

$\sqrt{s(s - a)(s - b)(s - c)(s - d)}$

here a,b,c,d are the side of trapezium and

$s = a + b + c + d \div 2$

so,s=20+8+10+6/2

s=44/2

s=22cm

Area of trapezium=

=√22(22-20)(22-8)(22-10)(22-6)

=√22*2*14*12*16

=√44,352

Area of trapezium =210.6 cm²
