composition of f to g is gof:g(f(x))
$gof = 3f(x) + 2 \\ = 3(2x + 3) + 2 \\ = 6x + 9 + 2 \\ = 6x + 11$
if you want to calculate fog ,then place the value of g into f
$fog = 2g(x) + 2 \\ = 2(3x + 2) + 2 \\ = 6x + 4 + 2 \\ = 6x + 6$
