As g(x) is given as 2-3x. So, taking the value y we will get y= 2-3x or 2-y=3x or we can write x=(2-y)/3 since, from the question we know that x belongs to R,x>0. So, x>0 hence (2-y)/3>0 which will be 2-y>0 or y<2 is the range.

Now, g(x)/h(x) will be (2-3x)/(x^2-3x+2) where we know that x^2-3x+2 not equal to zero which on solving x will be 1 or 2. 2-3x will be zero so x =2/3. Hence the domain must be [2/3,1] union [2, infinity].
