Any relation can be reflexive, transitive, symmetric or none
R is reflexive since |x-x|=0 which is <=1/2
R is symmetric becoz
if |1-2|<=1/2 then |2-1|<=1/2
R is not transitive becoz
if|1-2|<=1/2 & |2-3|<=1/2 that doesn't imply that |1-3|<=1/2
Therefore, R is reflexive, symmetric but not transitive
