Answer :- Warrior two pose .

Explanation :-

  1. Both arms are parallel to the ground .(straight.)
  2. Legs are 3 to 4 feet apart .
  3. Turn your left toe out .
  4. Now bend left knee so that thigh is also parallel to the ground .
  5. Keep right leg to its original position .
  6. Look out over left knee .
