Let’s start with a simple one: What does Fortnite run on?

I'm not exactly sure what is meant by “run on", but it either refers to which platforms the game is playable on or what engine was used to build the game.

As of writing this answer, Fortnite is available on pretty much every modern platform. From PC and MacOS, the Big Three consoles (PS4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch), and even mobile (iOS and Android).

It was built using the Unreal 4 engine, which was developed by Epic Games themselves.

Now, if the question is about system specs for PC gamers, that's a little tougher. The minimum requirements appear to be fairly low, as far as modern games go, but as multiplayer Battle Royale game, I would never recommend that anyone attempt to play if they meet ONLY the minimum requirements. Fortnite run on the Unreal Engine. It was build using a unreal 4 Engine.

Fortnite was released in 2017. Fortnite was Developed and Published by Epic Games.

Fortnite runs on almost all platforms like Windows, Nintendo, Switch, macOS, Playstation 4, Xbox, Ios, Android Etc. Its origin platform is Windows. But the quality of Game will be differ with change of platform. Thank You.
