According to me its a very interesting
question. Here we need to find out the number which comes in ten's place.

This,we can say that:-

TH H T O
3 4 8 2

Here 3 is in thousand's place
4 is in hundred's place
8 is in ten's place
2 is in one's place

Thus,8 is in ten's place

Place values: The place values represent the value of the number at a particular place. The place values increase from right to left for a positive number and left to right for a negative number. The given number is,

3482

Where,

3 in the thousand’s place

4 in the hundred’s place

8 in the ten’s place

2 in the one’s place

Hence, 8 is in the ten’s place of 3482.
