Hey Mate....!!!
Here's the answer....

We have,

A(Tri.ABC) / A(tri.DEF) = BC^2 / EF^2
= 64 / 121 = BC^2 / EF^2
= 64 / 121. = BC^2 / (15.4)^2
= BC / 15.4 = 8 / 11
= BC = 8 / 11 × 15.4


Hence,
________ BC = 11.2 ________
