If we cut 10 trees and plant 10 new Saplings every month then it us not necessary that the composition of trees in Forest remains unchanged.......

Because it could be possible that due to some disastrous condition or any other problem like deficiency of some nutrients or irregular supply of sunlight one or many may not be able to survive....

So it is not necessary that the composition of trees would always remain the same.
