Ans 2: Solution A is acidic as its ph level is below 7(neutral) and Solution B is basic as its ph level is above 7.

Ans 3: When milk starts turning into curd , the formation of lactic acid takes place which will result in lowering the ph level of the milk, making it more acidic.
