Let us remember, whenever we are told
To hate our brothers, it is ourselves
That we shall dispossess, betray, condemn
Remember, we who take arms against each other.

Answer:

1. The poet says that (in this world) no men are strange and no countries are foreign. We are all human beings. ... We may belong to a different country and speak a different language but we all enjoy the beauty of nature.

2.The poet warns the people who glorify the oppressor by reminding them that no score is settled till that which is true and right prevails. The oppressors may think they have won, but an unjust cause is always overturned as a hopeful morning rises after a dark night fro the oppressed.
