Answer:

Set M = { x : x is a natural number and a multiple of 3 }

=> M = { 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, ... }

Set N = { x : x is a prime number less than 19 }

=> N = { 2, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 17 }

So M ∪ N will be = { 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, .... }

Hope it helped !
