let [x]=x2-2.if [2]-[x]=x2,then x=?

x is one how means,
x=2x-2
2=2x-2,keep this equation as first equation
2-x=2x
2x+2=2, keep this as second equation
solve both the equations
2x=4
x=2

let [ x ]= x2-2
x2= x+2
Then substitute in 2- x = x2
2- x = x+2
2-2= x+ x
2x= 0
x= 0
I hope this is the right answer.
