4 {a}^{2}  - (4 {b}^{2}  + 4bc +  {c}^{2} ) \\  = 4 {a}^{2}  - (( {2b})^{2}  + 2(2b)(c) +  ({c})^{2} ) \\  =  ({2a})^{2}  - (2b + c)^{2}

Using,

 {a}^{2}  -  {b}^{2}  = (a + b)(a - b)

 = (2a  +  2b  +  c)(2a - 2b - c)

9 {a}^{2}  + 3a - 8b  - 64 {b}^{2}  \\  = 9 {a}^{2}  - 64 {b}^{2}  + 3a - 8b \\  =  {(3a)}^{2}  -  {(8b)}^{2}  + 3a - 8b \\  = (3a + 8b)(3a - 8b) + 1(3a - 8b) \\  = (3a - 8b)(3a + 8b + 1)
