Day after tomorrow I heard that you are not taking your medicines properly, so I thought of writing a letter to you for advising you to take proper food and medicine. Grandma, you know you are getting old and you are facing so many problems in your daily life. For that reason you are provided with a lot of food and medicines. I request you to take adequate amount of food+ water+ medicines. Hope you understand this.
