Sir: Respectfully I wish to bring to your kind notice the poor state of water stagnation caused by poor sewage and drainage system in our colony. Last year mosquito-borne diseases such as malaria, dengue, and chikungunya took heavy toll of human life. ... But the water stagnated on the roads is beyond our power!
