Subject - Concerning poor maintainance of the existing system of water supply

Sir,

This is with reference to the inadequate and poor maintainance of the existing water supply system in out area.

Water is life. Without water, one can not imagine life, and therefore it is a matter of great concern that water supply is inadequate and poorly maintained in our area. Many a times, we find ourselves in need of water but unable to get any. We have to utilize water less than enough. The supply takes a gap of 2-3 days. Also, the water supplied often consists of dirt and dust. The residents have to suffer a lot due to these problems. Some suggestions I would like to let you know

• Water should be supplied everyday
• Chlorine tablets should be added to disinfect water
• Pipes supplying water should be maintained regularly

It would be highly appreciated if you look into the matter with your highest concern. Please do the needful as soon as possible.

Dear sir,

I, a suffering citizen of your city,would like to draw your kind attention to the fact that water problem has been the major one of our city.Poor people are suffering from this problem for a long time.As this problem has no long term solution still.

The system of water supply existing at present is not so effective at all. We are suffering for it daily.We are deprived of pure water. The water we get through pipes are now so dirty that it isn't drinkable.Many times people of our city suffer from many water diseases because of dirty water.So we need to get a permanent solution for this problem as we are in a very bad situation.

So to get rid of this problem you have to take some necessary steps like ensuring pure water, daily water supply etc.We would be really grateful to you if you helpus in this major problem.
