subject: Inquiry regarding availability of resort for marriage.

Sir, I have my sister's wedding scheduled on 23rd of May this year. I am writing this letter in order to know if your resort is booked on that day or not.

We are planning to have a wedding in ancient style, and there can't be any better place than your resort to feel this thing. It is spacious, Lavish and comfortable. So, kindly let me know oif this place is occupied for someone on the same day or not so that I can book it as soon as possible.
