I am student of ( )1st year is your college unintentionally .I miss placed my identy card .which contained my admission slip to.as a result of this college office is not issuing another identity card so. now request you to grant me the permission to re- issue a new identity card and duplicate admission slip from now onword .I will definitely take care of my documents
