hello sir,
I want to bring a situation to your attention.I was traveling in your luxury bus from Chennai to Thiruvalluvar yesterday but I noticed that the air conditioners were not in their working condition.this was the main problem for majority of the people and this resulted in the people getting sick due to hot weather.
I want you to please check in the situation as there are small kids that also travel on the Bus. it will be a great help if you can look in the maintenance services of the bus.
