Sir,

I Riya, booked tickets for a group of 35 students to Delhi on date 11 April 2019. However, my concerned is that I have paid the amount of not only the tickets but also for hotels and monuments' tickets, but I did not receive the reservation vouchers for the same. Our date to visit Delhi is 27th May 2019. I just wanted you to kindly send me the reservation vouchers so that we can proceed further.
