respected sir,
sub: complaint letter on loudspeaker in temple
im writing this letter to inform you that the usage of loudspeaker in the temple is being a nuisance for the residents near to the temple.
They are playing the holy sayings and ramayana in a huge volume than necessary . It causes a lot of troubles for us. Even our children are not able to read loudly and learn somthing. The old people are also sick of it. And while making phone calls its a mess for both the receiver and the caller.
I hope that you will consider this letter and take an action for this cause of concern.
yours faithfully

Dated 19th November, 2019
To
Superintendent of Police,
XYZ Town
Subject: The nuisance caused by PA System used in temples.
Sir,
The government has issued orders banning the use of loudspeakers (PA System) in public without obtaining prior permission. However many individuals and groups are still ignoring rules and misusing PA Systems.
The loudspeaker being used by temples of XYZ Town is causing much public disturbance. It is also one of the causes of noise pollution. I therefore earnestly request the authorities to take appropriate action immediately and book those misusing loudspeakers.
Yours sincerely,
SANJEEV
XYZ Town
