We thank you for your prompt delivery of distemper wall paint manufactured by you. But we are sorry to note that the quality of this consignment does not tally with that of the previous one supplied by you on 10th December. The paints you have supplied this time are rather of inferior quality and are not so fast as the previous ones.
We may, however, retain the goods on the condition that an allowance of 10% is made in the price, failing which the goods will be kept pending till the receipt of instructions from you as to how they should be disposed of.
