Through this letter , I want to draw my deep anguish over the unsatisfactory performance of a mobile set bought by me last week. Recently , I had bought a Redmi 5A , Model No. ; H694739. It has been just 4 to 5 days that I am using the phone but suddenly yesterday it got permanent auto switch off. I tried to make on but it didn't. I was tired of this & my elder brother told me that the phone had got damaged badly. While I was with the set , you promised me that the phone will not damage & also provided me one year warranty. Therefore , I request you to kindly replace this set by a new one. Looking forward to your motion on this.
