Sir,
I purchased a Samsung mobile phone Model named "Galaxy A". I bought it online and received the item on January 31, 2021. The received phone is damaged and has issues.
The screen has cracks over it. Moreover, the phone hangs too. I request immediate action into the matter by replacement of my phone.
